Such relationships shall be governed by the specific terms agreed upon between Byte & Code and the CLIENT. Byte & Code shall not be held responsible for Website malfunctions, interruptions, delays, disconnections, or failures in data transmission. Byte & Code does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted operation of the Website.

5.2. User Responsibility

Despite applying the highest standards of technical quality, Byte & Code shall not be held liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or harm caused to the User due to the presence of viruses or other harmful elements in the Website content or services. 7.3 Company Contact Form (Byte & Code Talent Agency)

By completing the contact form, the User authorizes Byte & Code to use the provided data to respond to inquiries, budget requests, or any other form of contact as described in the form header.
